Submit a request to delete your Braidzo Rewards account.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your profile, credits balance, streaks, and redemption history are removed.
  • You will no longer be able to sign in or earn or redeem rewards with this account.
  • Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. fraud prevention or tax records).

Secure Deletion Request via Email

To prevent unauthorized requests, account deletion requests must be sent from your registered email address. This form generates the request, which you will send via your email client.

Request Rejection Warning

If a phone number is linked to your account but not provided, your deletion request will be rejected.
