We strive to respond to all support requests as promptly as possible. While we aim for timely assistance, response times vary based on volume and complexity; we cannot guarantee fixed response deadlines.
Support Guidelines:
- Avoid duplicates: Sending identical support tickets repeatedly does not accelerate resolution and slows support queues. Repeated requests may result in spam flags and account limitations.
- Respectful Communication: Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language towards our team is strictly prohibited and constitutes immediate grounds for account suspension or termination.
- Provide details: Include clear, complete details (such as account details or error logs) in your initial ticket to help us resolve the case faster.
- Check FAQs: Please review our online Help Center or FAQ before creating a support ticket. Your question may already be answered.
Intellectual Property
All content, databases, codebase patterns, trademarks, logos, visual graphics, and other intellectual property used in connection with the Service are the exclusive property of Braidzo Labs or its licensors.
